2P!Sealand dresses in rural clothes since he hates the sea, he likes woods and mountains better. Since he hates the sea, he hates water too. He has green eyes, salmon-coloured hair and freckles all over his body (but no on his hands on neck).
He doesn’t like people, or talking to them or being with them at all, he only likes one person in the whole world and that’s his older brother Arthur (2P!England).
He tries to spend most of his time with his brother, eating his candies and cupcakes, but he doesn’t like it when his brother tries to cover his freckles with make-up, because he likes them.
He’s very serious and hardly ever smiles. The only person that can make him smile is his older brother
He usually carries an axe around, to attack 2P!Latvia, since he hates him more than anything.

I would imagine that 2P!Sealand wouldn't give a damn about becoming a nation unlike his 1P.
